Great location but improvements necessary
7.0The location of the apartment (just a few steps away from the main road with all the stores, restaurants, cafes and the beaches) is perfect. Parking (which is difficult in Lido) is excellent due to a free parking lot across the street. The owner responded quickly to any questions.
− This apartment needs some investment. While the location and parking are excellent, this apartment needs some improvements to receive better ratings. The overall impression of the place is 1970s standards. It appears that except for the bathroom, major renovations/updates have not been made. - Windows and balcony doors are weathered and don't close well, which is a problem esp. during winter months - Electric items like lamps, sockets, etc. are old - some don't work - The aptmt. is quite cold during winter months, i.e. cold walls and floors because almost all of the apartments in the building are only used during the summer. - The main bed and couch are old and lack comfort - There are no international TV channels available - There is no WIFI
