Bardzo polecam mieszkanie Perla del sud! Mieszkanie czyste i posiada wszystko co niezbędne 😊 łóżka bardzo wygodne, mieszkanie urządzone w morskim stylu. W pobliżu znajdują się dwie przepiękne plaże, dodatkowo strzeżone przez ratowników. Dużym plusem jest szeroki wybór restauracji i sklepów. Terrasini to świetna baza wypadowa, wiele ciekawych miejsc w okolicy 60km, blisko znajduje się również lotnisko. Polecam z całego serca! Pozdrowienia dla Marii, wspaniałej i pomocnej właścicielki tego wyjątkowego apartamentu! Do zobaczenia 🌸🌴🌞

− Nicht ordentlich. Bettdecke verschmutz, Küche und sehr kleines Badezimmer nicht sauber. Die Strände sind völlig überfüllt und sehr schmutzig (es liegen Windeln herum, Essensreste, Plastik, Flaschen…)! Nicht empfehlenswert!

1 Comfy inside. Spacious. Nicely designed. 2. Close to everywhere important in Terassini... both beaches, restaurants. Etc. 3. Parking permit was included and it was not that hard to find a free blue parking spot near the apartment. I believe only one time in 6 days we couldnt find a free spot within 50m and had to walk 100m instead. So really not a problem. 4. dishwasher. This is usually not found in apartments for rent. 5. we arrived too soon. but it wasnt a problem.. they let us enter the apartment sooner on very short notice. 6. overall the apartment was well equipped. 7. windows isolated street sounds well

− out of this only wifi really bothered me, cuz I had to do some work. 1. Streets may be very bussy and noisy. But windows isolate the noise good enough. No outside sitting might be a drawback for many. But you can probably arrange it easily using small table and chairs from inside. As a smoker, I was fine sitting on the stairs and sipping my coffee watching the street. 2. minor stuff like no beer bottle opener (I used thd stairs outside) and no proper kitchen knife found. 3. wifi was horrible (07/31-08/06). if you plan on doing some work... don't, because your cell phone data connection will be horribly slow... and this wifi will not really save you. I have managed to actually do some work very late at night...like 2-3am... but at that time..i was able to use my cell phone data connection at usable speeds anyway. 4. there is an apartment above with a solo entrance from the street. You can hear people using that door, because you are separated from the stairs with your own (locked) door to the stairs rather than a wall. Not a big deal. out of this only wifi really bothered me, cuz I had to do some work

L’appartamento ha tutto il necessario di cui si ha bisogno! Lavanderia, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro e addiritura pure un ombrellone da sole! Il signor Carlo e stato molto gentile e cordiale. Abbiamo trovato l’appartamento pulitissimo, l’appartamento bellissimo e accogliente.
