6.0Clean and comfortable with good facilities.
− Very noisy. The doors bang quite loudly when anyone enters or leaves. There is obviously noise from the pub garden and it was too hot to close the window.

Excellent value, friendly host ,very functional and clean.
9.0Greeted by a really friendly host upon arrival, gave very clear instructions and showed us to the room. The price was really good compared to most others I'd seen, we got into central london driving within 20 minutes. The room was bright and airy and the ensuite with shower was clean and well decorated. Parking in the adjacent car park was really straightforward. The host made sure there was tea, coffee and milk available in the room.
− There isn't anything I didn't like. Just be aware that you're renting a functional comfortable room. There was enough room for me and my daughter in a twin room, but if I was staying in the room for longer periods during the day I might have wanted more space.

9.0This place is a great find, 10 mins walk max from Whitton train station, nearby shops less than 5 mins walk, pub below does the job, owner personally greeted us - location chosen becasue of an extended family gathereing, but get your timing right and you can get to Waterloo with 30-35 mins. Decent sized bathroom that was exceptionally clean and had very good water pressure - what's not to like.
− This place is a great moderate budget option, I felt I got great value for two rooms given local competing prices. Ok, no double bed, but two singles was absolutley fine for an overnighter.
