3.0Ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.
− Umbuchung unmittelbar vor der Anreise, Ausgleich angeboten, aber nach über 2,5 Wochen nichts passiert. Unterkunft war nicht sauber, auf jeder Fensterbank tote Fliegen, Nager im Garten, Eingangstreppe vorne gelöst/abgebrochen. Der Fußboden in der Küche lief steil bergab/schlechte Sanierung. Der Fön war defekt. Das Objekt wurde billig saniert und renoviert, Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Die Lage war gewöhnungsbedürftig, abends im dunkeln möchte man dort nicht spazieren gehen. Es ist eine sehr merkwürdige Wohngegend, man könnte auch meinen, etwas runtergekommen.

7.0It’s in a good location very close to the Niagara Falls park. I appreciate there is parking on site. Overall the property is very clean. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are very clean and spacious. The upstairs bathroom (even though the floor seems to need some work), the tub, toilet, and sink are super clean. so is the one downstairs.
− We were 6 travelers and we were counting on the sofa bed in the living room listed on the description, but there isn’t really one in there. The living room furniture is really outdated and not comfortable at all. There are not enough pans to cook and there aren’t any extra blankets.

9.0The home is in close proximity to Niagara Falls and nearby stores. Drive was maybe 5 minutes to parking at the falls. The house was roomy and clean, had everything we needed. Furniture was a little outdated, but it gave us what we needed. Both kids had their own bedrooms, as well as us the parents. 2 bathrooms with showers which was perfect.
− Furniture was outdated, and mattresses were hard. No reason to pass up on this home for though.

− The house was not cleaned when we arrived, but they did clean it for us. The linens were left unchanged after cleaning that day so the night stay was not very pleasant. The outside of the house could be maintained better with more insect repellents .
