We had a great family stay.
8.0Location was great. Lovely park for the kids right next door. Place was clean when we arrived. Lovely new bathroom in the main house. Plenty of hot water. Heat pumps worked well.
− The beds in the main house were a bit old. There needs to be warmer blankets - only thin duvets. The rumpus room is in need of some serious work. Floors were quite uneven - tripped a few times. Rat traps were in the room which was quite disturbing. We had cockroaches too. Lights flickered all the time - maybe the wiring needs to be looked at.

9.0An excellent place for whanau the 3 separate dwellings catered for all of our needs. We fond it clean and spacious.
