Il titolare Mustafa è unico per accoglienza e ospitalità, non ti fa mancare nulla, dagli utili consigli al succo di frutta e brioche fresche. La posizione è strategica, non lontano da tutto, ben servita dai mezzi e tranquilla di notte. Comodo il materasso e bella vista dal terrazzo. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è giusto.

− Certamente il bagno in comune è una pecca ma il suo ospite oramai decennale è spesso assente...La struttura è un pò datata e servirebbe una tv nuova e qualche rinnovo.

Le gérant est un hôte adorable, très accessible, aidant et généreux. Nous avons pu passer une semaine avec ma fille en ne nous préoccupant que de nos visites. Les chambres sont simples mais confortables, les petits-déjeuners sont copieux.

− Dans mon cas particulier d'un séjour long : un léger effort sur l'hygiène des chambres serait un plus, il y avait un peu de poussière dans et sur le haut de certains meubles (mais que vous n'utiliserez probablement pas pour un court séjour).

Mustafa was so very very nice. He was helpful every day with directions and suggestions. He gave us a HUGE breakfast every day which was enough for our lunches as well. There is a shared bathroom but we didn't have any trouble waiting. It's centrally located and fairly easy to take a bus. Train station is about 15 min walk.

Accoglienza fantastica il proprietario ci ha aspettate fuori dal palazzo ci ha accompagnate e dato suggerimenti su come visitare Roma, persona squisita! Stanza perfetta, pulita e in ottima posizione! Vista spettacolare su Roma. Ascensore comodissimo. Ah colazione.. Una favola! Consiglio a tutti questo alloggio una garanzia! Ci tornerò! Grazie di tutto

Great little place in Rome

Our host was amazing and helpful. The fresh fruit and welcome drinks were so appreciated. Morning breakfast was so helpful and the croissants were delicious. It was a great location that was within walking distance if you are in decent shape, and easy to get public transportation to everything. There was an elevator so we didn't have to haul luggage up stairs. Building was secure. The towels were large and soft, there were plenty of pillows and storage. A fun city view from the balcony, a market and a gelato shop just outside the building.

− The room was little tight for three people but you don't spend that much time in it. You have to be conscientious of sharing a bathroom with another unit but it is doable.

Mustafa var en veldig hyggelig vert som gjorde alt sitt beste for at vi skulle ha det bra , Han serverte frokost akkurat når vi ønsket og den var god. En dag vi skulle på tur tidlig om morgenen sto han opp og frokosten ble servert 06.10. I tillegg til vanlig frokost var det frukt og ferske croissanter hver dag. Han fulgte oss også til bussen så han var sikker på at vi kom på rett buss. Veldig hjelpsom og bli 🙂
