− The room was not fit for anybody to live there Mould in the bath the door into the bedroom looked like somebody had tried breaking in Bedding was not clean absolutely disgusting The front door to the property was open not secure.i paid for 3 nights but never stayed any of the nights.how do I claim a refund please. Very smelly.
