6.0Dobra lokalizacja, w śródmieściu Kowna. Całkiem korzystna cena. Telewizor z funkcjami smart TV. Duży garnek, dobrze działająca pralka.
− Apartament bardzo mały, wszystko ciasne. Słabe doświetlenie, żarówki w głównej części świecą ciemno. Brak światła pod prysznicem. Nie ma żadnej szafy, ani nawet małej szafki na ubrania. Wyposażenie mocno zużyte, wiele sprzętów jest pozdzieranych i zaniedbanych (szczególnie aneks kuchenny i łazienka). Sufit w stanie surowym. Całość nie robi pozytywnego wrażenia.
