Nice location but overpriced for the interior unkempt/faded conditions.
4.0The location, steps from Durham East Campus, is excellent. Calm and at walking distance from downtown life. Parking is available for free.
− The host was responsive, but we had to text message plenty of questions because the check-in and home instructions were sent to us at check out. The apartment is far more run down than it looks in pictures: fire alarm detached and hanging from the ceiling, electrical sockets hanging from the kitchen wall, stained carpet all over, heavy wooden blinds poorly attached to window moldings and ready to fall, a 10 x 10 in sink in the kitchen that makes it impossible to wash anything larger than a cup, and a general sense of faded all over that is surprising given the price.
