Llandudno 3 Bedroom Holiday Apartment in Town Centre♡

The apartment is in a fantastic location, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the property's curb appeal is a little lacking, although it wouldn't take much to improve it. The decking at the rear of the property needs some attention, as it feels very bouncy and there is a screw protruding through one of the boards, which could be a safety hazard. The back garden has great potential, especially as it becomes a lovely sun trap on sunny days. A little tidying and updating would make it a much more enjoyable outdoor space. In the front bedroom, there were no easily accessible plug sockets, so I had to use the socket in the hallway or the back bedroom. Although there was a bedside table, it wasn't practical to use because of its position. A small bedside cabinet near the door would be a more useful addition. The property could also benefit from some high-level dusting being added to the cleaning routine. Aside from these points, the facilities were good, and we really appreciated how quickly the maintenance team responded to the issue with the door lock—it was repaired within a few hours. Thank you.

Convenient place near to everything you want . Comfy beds , kitchen had everything you would need .

− Outside around the property NOT IN was dirty , rubbish all over and smelly drains which could have been due to the heatwave we are experiencing. Parking on the street is an issue ( hard to impossible to find a space ) and when you're a blue badge holder and cant walk far the nearby carparks are an issue .

Our host Sarah was exceptional with answering queries we had after we had booked the property. The layout of the property was excellent. The property had everything we needed for our stay. It was good also that there were separate recycling bins. It was lovely & cozy in the evening when we closed the blinds & had the lamps on.

− The Bed in the back bedroom was extremely uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep properly as it gave us sore backs The mattress was very soft it felt like the springs were flattened & we could feel the base underneath. The other double bed was fine so were the bunk beds. The electric hob did not work the element only heated up to barely warm. The toilet roll holder in the bathroom was loose & also placed in an awkward position

Relaxing, home from home.

The welsh cakes, milk and magnums were nice treats. Having spice rack, salt and pepper, coffee, sugar, tea bags, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, handwash provided was great. Could just arrive and relax.

− Maybe a slightly longer handrail on stairs. It ends about 2 steps down. (I have mobility issues)
