− Com certeza. Foi o pior investimento que fiz pra minha família. Apartamento sujo, as crianças e nós ficamos com medo. Parte elétrica não funcionava a luz do quarto e o ventilador da sala teto não funcionava. Tudo muito velho e sujo. Na sala um pia e gabinete velho. Não tivemos acesso a Wi-Fi e nem retorno nas mensagens. Ficamos pois infelizmente não havia como fazer outra locação. Nas fotos era simples mais parecia limpa . Na realidade tudo decepcionante. Matamos algumas baratas que saiam debaixo da pia da cozinha. A única atenção foi na entrega da chave que foi quando foi nos dado retorno e nos autorizou usar a ducha externa p voltarmos p nossa cidade. Não recomendo.

Localização perfeita.
8.0Ótima localização, tem tudo muito perto. Apartamento em frente a praia. Restaurantes, bares, supermercado. O anfitrião muito simpático e prestativo.
− Limpeza deixou a desejar, os utensílios também.
