10.0Je me suis senti comme à la maison dès mon arrivée. L’équipe à la réception est incroyablement réactive et attentionnée, je n’ai eu à me plaindre de rien. Tout était parfaitement propre et on sent un vrai souci du détail. Franchement, c’était impeccable et très agréable du début à la fin.

− Not very clean (spider webs on the ceilings, very dirty towels, dirty walls, cockroaches in the kitchen, nasty walls and light switches) Shower drain was blocked Cheap loose taps in kitchen and bathroom There is rising damp on some walls No mosquito nets on windows The aircon is the weakest I have experienced even at 16 degrees Someone was supposed to come clean after 3 days. Noone ever came even after I called them to remind them No little convenience like handwash or shower gel No ironing board / no iron The overall property is not very well maintained. Very patchy, approximate and irregular workmanship and paint work, cheap fittings
