10.0I stayed at Hotel Cicerone in Rome and I had a wonderful experience thanks to Recardo. He was absolutely nice, helpful, caring and a very fast responder to any request. The room was more than enough for me — 1 bed and 1 very comfortable sofa. Super clean and very attentive to details, you can see they really care. The location is excellent, close by walking to almost everything you need as attractions. I highly recommend it. I will definitely come back!

Ricardo and his staff exceeded all our expectations.
10.0Great location with local cafe's and restaurants within walking distance. We love the fact that local transportation the city bus stop was located just outside of the front door.
