1.0The apartment was well located.
− The apartment had many maintenance issues, geyser pipe burst during the stay almost burning me during the bath. There were other plumbing issues like water leakage from water basin. The toilet seat was loose. The ac stopped working in night as the voltage regulator was unserviceable. Basic amenities like drinking water were missing in the apartment. Also, The society was not cleaned properly with lot of overgrowth.There were lot of insects inside the apartment. The property manager was good with words but lacked action. He was either new or clueless about payment as he was charging me the commission they had to pay to booking.com in addition to the GST. He was so confused/clueless that he called me after 10 days to pay gst again. The manager was totally clueless blaming everything on the apartment owner.
