7.0Gemakkelijk te vinden en goed bereikbaar. Heel ruime leefruimte.
− Rommelig met (te) veel frutsels en niet relevante spulletjes. Buitenruimte was zeker niet schoongemaakt voor onze komst. Keukeninventaris liet te wensen over (kapot handvat kookpan). Een van de kookpitten functioneetde niet optimaal.
