1.0− We have booked our room to this location for 2 nights, but on the day of our arrival we were informed that due to 'system glitch' they cannot give us the reserved accomodation. They were giving us another location offering a larger family room (compared to the originally booked one) with kitchenette, which has a refrigerator and a microwave, available for cooking and storing food. Unfortunately we accepted this offer. What we actually got is 2 rooms which had only space for 2 double beds+ a one-man walking space beside the beds (so I don't know how it can be larger compared to the originally booked one) + a kitchenette with micro and fridge but without any kitchenware. We have immediately complained to the host about the size of the room and about the empty cupboards, but we didn't get any support during more than 10 hours. So although we had a reservation for 2 nights we have left the apartment earlier and we complained again, asking for some refund for the missed 2nd night, but again we haven't received any support from the host. So if you would like only to sleep in the room without any space or kitchen facilities then this place would be fine for you, otherwise I would not recommend to stay here.

− The room was very cold and there was no heater or blanket. We asked them and they said they will bring it but they never did. the entrance was hard to find and no clear signs. We ended up using the keypad at the wrong door and caused a neighbor to be upset because we didn’t know it wasn’t the correct place. This was very stressful to experience arriving in the evening and the chat to get help took a long time to respond. There was also a strange buzzing noise that came from the room which we had to trouble shoot with the customer service chat by going back and forth switching things on and off which was a huge waste of our time. The communication between the property manager and customer was quite lacking and no follow up to the above issues.
