10.0House was just what we needed for golf trip . Ping Pong and firepit a plus. Everything very clean. Plenty of beds and 3 bathrooms a big plus. Would highly recommend.

− Sticky basement floor and general floors/bathrooms needed cleaning. We were under the impression from the posting there was AC, but no AC.
