You can’t beat the location of this apartment. The rooms are big and spacious, the bed is really comfortable, it has all the appliances we needed and the highlight was having a little balcony to sit in the sun

The location is great, appartment very stylish and clean, owner very responsive

− It was published with an AC, which was a deal breaker for us during this heat wave, but unfortunately the AC did not work properly and did not cool the appartment, or get fixed during our stay. Plus, there are renovations to the building, and there were scaffoldings right outside the bedroom windows, which maybe worth mentioning in advance, before a worker walks in front of our bed 🤔

South Kensington small comfortable and clean one bed apartment

The location was superb for us. The bed was super comfortable and the quality of the linen was great. Enough supplies for our stay. Decor was very nice. Extra amenities like iron and board plus cot and high chair if needed were a great touch. Having washing machine was a great bonus. Kitchen was well equipped. We asked for early arrival and whilst it wasn't possible due to outgoing guests were were allowed to leave our suitcases in the uncleaned apartment which was helpful after a 14 hour flight.

− The bathroom was very small and the heated towel rail didn't work. The extra quilt cover for the sofa bed had been used before. The entry/exit method via phone was a little clumsy and needed WiFi so could be problematic for some especially people without much tech knowledge. The small balcony off the bedroom was not nice to use as it was dirty and the work happening around the apartments. When we seen the scaffolding around the building it filled us with dread! It had very little impact besides unsightly on our stay thankfully.
