Amazing location and views - a unique place to stay
10.0Fabulous location down a private road to this unique apartment with 2 balconies directly onto the beach. A short stroll along the coastal promenade into Sandgate with its independent bars and eateries or into Folkestone for even more. Everything you could possibly need also supplied - toiletries, coffee machine and pods, milk and welcome basket. Comfy beds with super crisp linen and plenty of towels. Massive TV which was perfect for us watching the World Cup from the big comfy sofa.
− Nothing not to like - the decor is flamboyant with plenty of interesting art and ornaments with glass tables. Adds to the unique feel of the apartment and fine for us but we wouldn’t come back with our kids for fear of breakages or elderly parents due to the staircases. We’d love to stay again in the future as a couple as we had such a great 4 night stay.

10.0The fabulous apartment is situated on the beach front with perfect views of the ocean. Sandgate and Folkestone are within walking distance. The apartment is very comfortable and has all the necessary amenities. A lovely place to stay.
− Super balconies provide a wonderful view of the ocean. A great place to relax.

9.0The property was amazing ! Private, phenomenal sea view, clean, well decorated. The hosts had even left a basket of complimentary food and drink. Amazing value for money !
− Only gripe is that I could never get hold of the hosts. Though I figured out what I needed. The number never worked.
Very relaxing and home from home.
9.0The view was amazing and would be lovely in warmer weather to sit on balcony and watch the sea. Very comfy and well equipped, coffee pods supplied with the machine and washing up liquid etc which was a bonus as we didn’t take any. Owner was staying in apartment below and very helpful.
− Wasn’t a problem for us but the upstairs bedroom is only accessible by small spiral staircase. Just a pointer for people ,you may need earplugs as sound of wind and sea beautiful in day, not so much at night , fortunately we had some.
A great place to stay if you want to be on the beach in great comfort, with fantastic views.
9.0What a great location exactly as described and actually almost on the beach Very close to the village and other amenities. Superb views and very well equipped. The spiral stairt case took a while to get used to but apart from that it was a lovely stay . Its also close to Folkstone which is well worth a visit . It was exactly as described and we would happily use this accomodation again. well reccomended
− The spiral staircase was quite tight to climb up to the second floor.
