Location and the view

− Too far from Como Lago. Limited bus/ferry. Makes sense only with your own transport or with an Uber every time, esp. with limited mobility.

Amazing stay. Highly recommend

Чистый бассейн. Все удобства. И прекрасный вид на Комо. Живьём он намного лучше чем на фото. Мы были в восторге. Сюда обязательно надо ехать на своей машине. Потому что если хотите выехать в город, слишком крутой подъем наверх. Рекомендую

View is outstanding The pool was lovely and a great temperature and easy to relax on sun beds on the second two days we were there Ferry stop is a ten minute walk and handy to get to places that have a bit more going on (there really is nothing in Blevio) My Home in como team were great and really responsive throughout the booking process and our stay Did I mention the view…. 😍😍

− No air conditioning which was unbearable in the heat - we barely slept for the three nights - my home in como team were great and provided an additional fan but we were fighting a losing battle The pool was filled with rowdy teenagers on the first afternoon (we didn’t see them the next two days so I imagine someone else made a complaint) The pool was only available a few hours a day which isn’t mentioned anywhere when booking (there are also three different sets of opening hours advertised when you do get there - one around the pool area and two further completely contradictory pieces of information in the welcome folder) The location - totally our fault from a lack of research. It’s at the bottom of a big hill and even a walk to the shop is hard work - if you have a car then great - if not I would definately recommend somewhere with a bit more going on. There was only one restaurant and we were unable to get a reservation any of the three nights we were there so had to cook in a relatively poorly equipped kitchen in unbearable heat. Again a lack of planning on our part and not the fault of the accommodation or booking team The reality is if we had read the reviews before we booked - we would have booked somewhere else So if you’re ok with either walking very steep hills or you have a car and you like a quiet life and you’re hoping for a live in Sauna - this may be for you My rating of 7 reflects the helpful team that dealt with us and my lack of research which resulted in us being unprepared My rating for the actual accommodation would have been lower

Spent a good amount with high expectations. No furniture or sunbedsand, so no place to sit. Customer service was absolutely lousy, they were rude.
