Hotel skvelý, no nemali sme to čo sme si objednali
8.0Raňajky geniálne, personál sa snažil vyriešiť nečakanú skutočnosť, že sme dostali iné izby ako sme objednali, dodatočne sme dostali zľavu a fakt neskorý check out.
− Po neskorom večernom príchode okolo 22.30 hod sme boli nepríjmene zaskočení, keď nám personál povedal, že našu pôvodne objednanú veľkú izbu s nádherným výhľadom stále nevypratal pôvodný hosť (podľa recepcie neprijemný hosť albánskeho pôvodu z Nemecka, ktorý sa správal drzo) a predĺžil si tam pobyt. Personál ho odtiaľ nevedel dostať tak to radšej jednoduchšie vyriešili tak, že ponúkol nám iné ubytovanie (samozrejme menšie, s horším výhľadom). Asi ich aj chápem, ale my sme po ťažkej ceste boli nepríjemne zaskočení. Na druhú stranu nám poskytli zľavu z ceny ubytovania (aj keď nám nešlo o peniaze) a na druhý deň neskorý check out, za čo sme vďační
