9.0La posizione è ottimale per visitare le spiagge ad est e ad ovest di quartu s.Elena. Con un tempo massimo di 1h e 15’ si spazia tra costa Rey , Villasimius, chia e Porto pino. Ad 1h e 30 c’è Is Arutas (Oristano) che merita essere vista. Consiglio di Utilizzare l’app per le spiagge e non sbagliare giornata . Città di Cagliari a 15’, aeroporto a 20’
− Arrivando tardi nel pomeriggio a volte è difficile trovare parcheggio sotto casa ma comunque nel raggio di 150/200 metri si trova

Appartamento: Wow! Dimensioni magnifiche. Rifiniture belle. Super attrezzato Prezzo eccezionale. Non ho commenti negativi. Impossibile trovarne

10.0Bellissimo appartamento, situato in una zona residenziale, completamente ristrutturato, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort. Ottima posizione per visitare le meravigliose spiagge sia nella parte orientale che occidentale. Consigliatissimo!
