10.0The location was great, it was close to everything, but also in a quiet area. Lorenzo was very kind and quickly available if we needed anything, The room was great, it had everything we needed. There was heating/AC that worked great. And a clean communal kitchen was available to us. The highlight was the view of the canal from the room. Absolutely magical. We hope to come back soon!!
