Great shower in main bathroom , 4 bedrooms all of good size . 3 bathrooms . Kitchen appliances excellent . 2 lovely lounges . Area for sitting out to catch evening sun . Great views over Saunton GC

The property was spacious with good kitchen facilities.

− Overpriced considering the tired conditions of the house and gardens. The sofas and carpets were stained and in need of cleaning. There were no wardrobes in any of the bedrooms, just small wall coathangers with insufficient hangers. Disappointedly, there was no welcome pack. The website pictures, we believe, do not appear to show the house and gardens as we found them The two top garden terraces couldn't be used due to the uneven ground with maybe a foxes den in one. To get to the beach by foot, you have to cross the road with no footpath and have an approx twenty minute walk to the right of the golf club through the sand dunes and/or sand. Not convenient for carrying heavy chairs etc.

Lovely, cosy and comfortable house - a home from home.

Lovely spacious house -2 reception rooms means lots of space for everyone. Bedrooms were lovely, especially the two double rooms at the front of the house, and all the beds were extremely comfortable and cosy. We went in the winter and the house was very warm and just what we needed after winter beach strolls.

− It is situated on a main road with no paths for walking along so you are forced drive everywhere.

Perfect location for golfers, beach lovers and a general North Devon chill out.

Superb location near to Saunton beach and Saunton golf club, Croyde, Braunton etc. I loved the overall size of the property, everything is so well proportioned and the 2 sitting rooms at the front are perfect to relax in and gaze out over the links to Appledore and Instow in the distance. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked. Main bathroom shower is heavenly! Too much to mention, but would fully recommend.

− The only issue we had was leaving the property's driveway. There are no mirrors across the road so it is impossible to see left or right as you're turning out. It seems like it is just a matter of time before an accident occurs, as some vehicles approach from the right (Saunton hotel direction), quite quickly. My wife had to get out each time and check the coast was clear before i swung out, and then stopped to get her back in! Please rectify this, as i see a lot of other guests also pointed this out. I would hate for an accident to occur, needlessly.
