Great host, very nice apartment, good location.
9.0This is in an older building in a part of downtown St. Pete that's being revitalized. The apartment was very cozy, everything worked well, and it was lovely to be able to sit on the front porch in the morning sun and have coffee. Also the instructions on parking and the responsiveness of the host were superb.
− Since it's an older building, it's a walkup, and since it's the third floor, with a lot of luggage, that would have been good to know in advance.
Adorable, cozy unit which is perfect location for me! Will definitely stay again in the future.

− Only thing (which they can’t do anything about) is it’s quite a bit of stairs to carry luggage up, but it was worth it and, in fact, I’ve booked it again already.
