− Nothing that the hosts did was lacking. Parts of DC, especially at night aren’t the best. But we knew that going in. Not that we had any issues.

10.0Viola's Place is super cozy and in a great location! We stayed here for 8 nights in March 2025 as our base for exploring the DC area. It was only a 10 minute walk from the NoMA Metro station and several bus lines, and also was walking distance to Union Market. It had everything we needed and was very spacious, comfortable, and private. It was exactly like the pictures and it was basically spotless too. Having a kitchen and living room was awesome! We definitely made the right choice staying here
− Only minor downsides was that since it's a basement unit, even with the heat going it still feels pretty cold since the floor is tile. Nothing fluffy socks couldn't help :)

− Neighbourhood feels a little off compared to the beautiful apartment, see some people smoking around the area/streets but the property itself is excellent and very quiet. Doesn’t impact the stay itself.

10.0The apartment is simply amazing! Very comfortable, clean, it has absolutely everything one could need, and it’s in a great location! We needed the hosts' help, and they solved the issue very quickly—an incredible service. Near the apartment, there are several good restaurants and cafés, and it’s also close to a metro station. I highly recommend staying here—we loved it!
