10.0Friendly and amazing communication throughout our stay, thanks to Edmar, Pearl, and Kisha. They were always quick to respond on WhatsApp, no matter the time of day, and provided clear, easy to follow instructions for the check in and whenever we needed help. Their excellent customer service made everything smooth, stress free, and enjoyable.

A gem in the perfect Chinatown location
10.0Everything! This place is a MUST if you’re coming to Singapore to explore and want something out of the ordinary. Location is perfect - 5mins to Maxwell Hawker Centre, 5mins walk to Maxwell MRT, Kaya Toast and the Buddha tooth temple! 10mins walk to the heart of Chinatown MRT and restaurants and shops! Two MRT stations so close by meant getting to and from anywhere on the island was a breeze! Facilities of the property are top notch - we had a 2 bedroom with queen and single bed, this included a washer dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, we wanted for nothing and had storage for all the wonderful extras we picked up during the days! Much needed air conditioning to offer relief from the hot and humid weather outside! Staff on site are incredible - Kisha, Edmar and Pearl are on hand and via WhatsApp 24/7, they’re all so helpful at getting you settled in, help with any problems and also super helpful with any recommendations to help you navigate your trip. We will 100% book here again when we return. Also look out for the walkway to the property in Crazy Rich Asians! ( when Eleanor goes to meet Rachel for mahjong!)

10.0We loved the excellent location. It was centrally located, making it easy to explore Singapore, while still being quiet and peaceful. Communication was also excellent throughout our stay, especially with the help of Kisha, our digital concierge. The check-in experience was smooth and welcoming, thanks to Pearl, the Heritage Ambassador, and Edmar provided excellent assistance whenever we needed help on-site. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and made us feel well taken care of.
− There wasn’t much we didn’t like about the property. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Good to know
Heritage Collection on Ann Siang is located close to several dining options, bars and nightspots. The guest rooms have been customized and installed with double windows to reduce the noise from the neighborhood. Guests may still experience some noise in the room, and may not be suitable for those who are extremely sensitive to noise.
