− Not much storage in bathroom as broken hooks on wall, but had heated towel rack over toilet

− Overpriced for a standard accommodation not in downtown. Staff sent multiple emails in quick succession with similar but differing instructions and insisted on in person payment “to prevent fraud” (despite no other accommodation on the trip asking for this). Overall rather disappointing.
