This condo is even better than the photos! Canaveral Towers is an ocean-front property. The owners put a lot of thought into the recent update of the property. They are very responsive, too. It was probably the most comfortable condo we have ever stayed in. The owners provided everything needed (much more than the usual) for a really enjoyable stay for our family of 4. We did not have to ask for anything, and there were no issues during our stay. It was a beautiful and clean condo, with 2 good-size bedrooms and 2 full baths, and was very quiet and relaxing. 3 beds and NO BUNKBEDS! The unit looks out toward the pool, but is not right on top of the pool noise. It has pleasant and easy access right from the glass sliding doors off the living area to the unit's private patio, which then leads across the grass to the pool, and to the beach walk beyond the pool. There is an adjustable faucet/water hose between the private, coded beach-walk gate and the pool for washing off the sand. We could hear the ocean from the patio, which was really nice. Walking back from the beach to the patio provided a nice place to leave shoes securely outside as we walked right into the unit. This condo felt like a real home away from home, and we highly recommend Canaveral Towers 103! You will feel like a local when staying in Cape Canaveral. We stayed in June and we never encountered large crowds, long waits, or heavy traffic. There are many great spots that are really nearby for some great food for any time of the day. (Keep in mind, restaurants close by about 10pm, at the latest. Many even earlier...part of the charm and quiet atmosphere of the area) . There are plenty of stores to get extra supplies, like Publix and Walmart, for preparing meals in the condo whenever you want. You'll see cruise ships and rocket launches up close from the property's beach. Tour everything including Kennedy Space Center, or just hang out and do nothing.

− There is no ocean view from the ground floor unit, but it was well worth it for the access to the updated, furnished patio. We loved feeling like we had a little "backyard", and loved not having to deal with stairs or elevators! Being on the ground floor made access to the pool, beach, and car much easier.

The setup was amazing, with easy access to the pool and beach. Condo was fully stocked. Also included beach toys and chairs.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It is our second time staying there. Nice pool and right off the beach for easy access. Beach Towels, beach chairs, umbrella, buggy boards etc all provided. Clean and updated. Highly recommend.

The location is at the end of a quiet dead end street abutting the beach. It is very quiet. Even kids in the pool are not heard since there is no resonance off the buildings due to its location. I was fearful that this might be a problem. This unit is a walk out which we loved! No elevators or stairs. A reserved parking spot is just steps away. The owner checked in to make sure we had everything we needed which was a very nice touch. He also kept us informed of rocket launches scheduled during our stay! Beds were comfortable and even the guest room had queen beds instead of the usual twins you find in most units. Much more…..

− Lighting. I don’t care for daylight bulbs and find the light they give out is very cold. I bought 4 warm bulbs and used those while I was there. Living room could use another lamp for reading on the other side of the sectional. That is about my only little suggestion! Everything else was wonderful.
