9.0The snug stay was perfect for our needs. It was extremely comfortable and very clean. The property was in a convenient location for our planed event. There was everything required in one room. Access to the room is through the owners property; however don’t be put off by this as the host was extremely accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely consider staying again.

− Slow in responses and lack of accountability I was told I would get partially refunded because there was no hot water. When I reported it, I had to chase multiple times and when they said they would get back to me they never did
