False advertising

− This has to be the worst advertised property I've booked. It said 2 beds. It was actually 1 bed in 1 room in a shared house with a family. They had a dog that-not listed on the property details (too bad if you are allergic). We arrived & were put on the phone to discuss the property as the elderly couple there couldn't speak any English. Went in to look at it & when we asked about the 2nd bed we were told they could put a mattress on the floor for us. There was barely room to put a suitcase let alone a mattress on the floor plus or 2 suitcases. The house had an over whelming smell of cooking oil. When we contacted bookings they said they would sort it. That was in April we are now nearly in July still waiting for a refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.

− Mould in the shower. Unmade bed and looked used bed. Dirty dishes all over the kitchen bench. dirty used underwear on the bathroom floor. Mould and cob webs on the window sill and curtian. Wrong lick box pin number supplied. An asian living on ste who spoke little to no english. Absolutely bloody shocking. I want my $$$$ back. Spent a total of 10 minutes there. No way woukd we stay there. I have photos to show and proove my feed back. If this is a Booking.com recomended site i will not use them again it should not be made available even to a dog

Dreadful place and inaccurate assessments of what is available when advertised. Stay well away is my advice!

− This is false advertising at its best and you do not get any of the facilities they say are on offer. The room smelled of cooked vegetable oil and bathroom and kitchen were very dirty. My advice is stay away!

Did not stay one night complained to booking.com nothing was rectified not even a small reimbursement had to find other

Room was ok but didn’t even stay one night. I’ve stayed at many BnBs and have never had a problem, have never had to share a bathroom with occupants . Very disappointed came all the way from Australia for a family emergency.

− Wasn’t stated that a family lived there with no English language spoken. Wasn’t stated that it was a shared bathroom. Photos looked nothing like real deal. No privacy unless you stayed in your room.

− Not proper sheets on bed. Beside kitchen where owners spent the evening cooking and clanging pots and pans. Bathroom floor left full of water after owner. Worst experience ever

I will stay again.
