8.0The property is beautiful and so peaceful, bed was really comfortable we really loved having the goats roaming around and the guinea pigs.
− The only drawback for us was the amounts wasps entering the forge, however this promptly responded to by Daniel and lisi.

9.0Sehr schöne, liebevoll gestaltete ehemalige Schmiede auf einem wunderschönen Grundstück. Die Gastgeber waren selbst nichts anwesend, hatten uns aber alles sehr liebevoll bereitgestellt.

6.0Beautiful location. Very tranquil. Nice and peaceful. Excellent communication from hosts. Had a small problem on the first night. This was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Good selection of refreshments and nice breakfast. Overall we had a lovely stay. Loved watching the local wildlife by the firepit toasting marshmallows.
− Could do with a good clean. Bathroom could do with a good clean and modernisation. Outside areas and garden furniture could do with a jet wash and tidy up especially at the jetty. Maybe an outside light near the toilet area.
Tranquil little wildlife haven
8.0Lovely breakfast however a savoury option would have been lovely as was all sweet! My little boy loved the goats & guineas. We also spotted squirrels & hares!

7.0Quirky and private with a lovely outdoor area and peaceful.
− Toilet and shower in a separate building which is a few steps away but it means having to go outside and walk which is not an issue in good weather but could be uncomfortable in heavy rain or if you are someone who needs easy toilet access throughout the night.
Well worth a visit you won’t be disappointed
9.0We loved that the property was small and cosy in an idyllic rural setting. The host Lisi went above and beyond our expectations during our stay., even hand delivering us a newly built bbq! The breakfast was well thought out and the bed was extremely comfortable. If you love wildlife this is the place for you, with wall to wall windows you can see creatures of all kinds from, goats to Guinea pigs, squirrels to hares and ducks to fish! We would 100% recommend staying here.
− Nothing we didn’t like. Just an observation really. The patio outside the boot room and the pier decking were covered in dead leaves and the windows in need of a clean but nothing that affected our stay. The toilet and shower room would benefit from heating in the cooler months.
