9.0It took a walk to get there but I walked alongside the lake so it was a very scenic, long trip from the bus station to the location. Staff were excellent. Room was excellent. I only had stayed 1 day in Kandy so I didn't get to see or do much but I was well-rested and well-recharged for my trip the next day. Recommended.
