− Έλλειψη κλιματιστικού. Δεν υπήρχε σε κανένα χώρο του σπιτιού.

− Troppi soprammobili e cose unitili che tolgono spazio alle stanze

9.0Ottima posizione. Bella casa del centro storico che racconta la vita di chi l'ha vissuta
− La casa richiede qualche opera di manutenzione che però non compromette la sua piacevole vivibilitá. Manca il bidet nel bagno piccolo e la stanza che dá sulla strada è un po' rumorosa a causa del bar sottostante
