− - Água a ferver sendo impossível tomar banho em condições. Horrível. E quando solicitada ajuda ao senhorio, o mesmo não respondeu, tendo ignorado a minha questão. - Falta de limpeza, e cuidado com o apartamento.

The location was decent

− The windows barely work. Only cold water in the kitchen sink! Only extremely hot water in the shower and only hot water and barely any water pressure in the bathroom sink… all furniture was shaky and very poor quality.

− This stay fell well below expectations and unfortunately ruined our trip. Upon arrival, we found that the toilet water tank was completely broken, and we noticed bugs in the bathroom, so we avoided using it altogether. Additionally, the sink water crawled out like a thread, the beds had an unpleasant smell, and the towels provided were stiff as rocks. We tried contacting Booking.com for assistance, but received no support or resolution. We also reached out to the property owner, who was unable to send a plumber to fix the issues. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and we would not recommend staying here.

nothing was good at the apartment

− We stayed in this apartment during our holiday, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. The place was dirty, badly maintained, and nothing looked like the photos. The walls, floors, and bathroom were in terrible condition, and several things were broken or unsafe. It was so bad that we had to book another hotel last-minute, which cost us extra money and completely ruined our holiday plans. The apartment should not be rented out in this condition. Avoid this place at all costs.

Sehr netter Kontakt per Nachrichten auf booking.com. Früherer Check-In war möglich, da ist man uns entgegen gekommen. Es war alles, was wir brauchten ausreichend vorhanden (z.B. Handtücher, Gläser etc.) Der Preis war für 2 Personen ganz gut, sicherlich günstiger als 2 Hotelzimmer und ausrechend Platz für uns war auch vorhanden.

− Die Gegend, in der das Apartment sich befindet war echt nicht sehr gut. Für uns als 2 große und breite Männer nicht sio problematisch, aber vielleicht für andere ein Problem. Zudem war das Wohnhaus auch sehr... sagen wir... alt und chaotisch, die Wohnung recht verlebt und auch nicht sehr gut in Schuss. Sauber war es halbwegs, aber auch hier wäre hier Luft nach oben. Die Toilettenspülung hat sehr sehr lange gebraucht um sich wieder zu füllen. War für uns weniger ein Problem, aber bei mehr Personen (könnten auch 4 Personen hier übernachten) ggf. ein Problem.
