10.0Great location - walk to lots of restaurants and shops. Room was very spacious and comfortable.Staffs were able to speak English, so there isn’t communication barriers. they was super helpful and went the extra mile to help us with bus booking and other things.

10.0Very good location, You can walk to east gate of the park directly along main street. there are so many restaurants within walking distance or supermarkets just next to hotel.the staff help us to book all park and give the tickets detail in advance. Also, she explained to us very well so that we would know how to visit Zhangjiajie in a short time.

10.0Amazing location, The room was quite large and very clean. Front desk can speak English and were friendly and very helpful. They helped us develop a custom plan to visit the Tainmen mountain, Grand canyon / glass bridge, and the national park, and did all the ticket reservations for us.They are always ready to answer our many questions and assist wherever possible we needed.
