A very special place for me and my husband. As we have stayed here before back when we were boyfriend and girlfriend in 2022. We decided to come back and bring my family for them to see how good the place is. Unfortunately, July is also a typhoon 🌀 month in the country so we missed the experience the beauty of the beach. However, we knew that the beach would be really amazing if it was sunny as we have seen it before.

− Nothing , the property is well maintained and very clean. But when you walk along the shoreline there are other neighbouring properties that you can see with a lot of garbages in which the City Council or Municipality or whoever is responsible for that, should take action. The beauty of Anda is yet to be discovered by tourists, it should be protected as much as J&R really take good care of theirs.

J and R Residences in Anda, Bohol offers a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff were exceptional throughout our visit—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The quietness of the area made it easy to unwind, and the food was consistently excellent, adding to the overall positive experience. However, our stay ended on a disappointing note. During our last days there, the water coming from the faucet turned yellow. We were informed that the water tank had run out of supply and likely needed cleaning. Unfortunately, we had already been using this water to brush our teeth before the issue was identified. While the staff addressed our concerns and explained the situation, this experience significantly affected our impression of the property. Overall, J and R Residences has many strengths, particularly its outstanding staff, tranquil location, and quality food. However, the water issue raised concerns about maintenance and hygiene, and because of this experience, I am uncertain whether I would choose to stay here again.

This place is paradise. The view of the sea is incredible. Property construction was well designed and constructed. It is immaculately maintained.

Beautiful view, good breakfast, great staff, easy to organize car pickups and using snorkel gear, very affordable lovely beachside massages

− Bed a little hard, harsh lighting in the rooms, nice beach below but full of urchins so had to drive to another one

Personalet var så hyggelige! Fasilitetene og aktivitetene de tilbyr er så verdt det. Vi har kost oss på båttur i solnedgangen, snorkling og ligge ved bassenget eller strandkanten på resortet. En i reisefølge hadde bursdag og de gjorde virkelig det lille ekstra. Pyntet rom og kake på kvelden.

− Kjøkkenet var litt tregt.

Rett ved stranden og til gangavstand til Anda «sentrum». Veldig hyggelig personale og eiere, rolig og renslig, og fantastisk utsikt. Masse aktiviteter tilgjengelig, som f.eks snorkling med skilpadder og båttur i solnedgangen. Anbefales virkelig!

− Tar rundt en time fra man bestiller mat til den blir servert, så lurt å ha dette med i beregningen.
