9.0The location is very nice, as the neighborhood is good. There is a little shop nearby, as well as the tram stop. There is a washing machine, kitchen etc. The apartment is very big, we loved it. The price is perfect for this apartment and the location. The access to the apartment, when you are already in the building, is extremely easy. Despite things mentioned below, the apartment and the conditions are perfect and the owner is nice. I can for sure recommend this apartment.
− There is not enough of kitchen equipment in the kitchen. Also it would be more covenient if the owner, who lives nearby, could in person check the documents. Also the owner could upload a photo of the right door, as it can be difficult to find the right door. There should be also more soap in the bathroom.

10.0Está en buena zona, a 10 min caminando de la Medina. Apartamento limpio y cómodo. Lo recomiendo.
