Spacious apartment in downtown Murcia
7.0Spacious apartment in the center of Murcia. There are many nice restaurants nearby, and the owner provided great recommendations. It was also very convenient that we could use the two bikes. Please note that there are no locks available, so you cannot leave the bikes unattended.
− The patio is not really a place where you would want to spend time, as it does not receive any sunlight. When we arrived at the apartment, there was a very strong sewer smell coming from one of the bathrooms. Because of this, we kept the door closed and did not use that bathroom during our stay.

10.0El alojamiento está en el centro muy bien ubicado, las instalaciones limpias y muy cómodas y el anfitrión David muy amable y pendiente de que todo estuviera bien a nuestra llegada. Necesitábamos otra plaza de parking a parte de la del alojamiento y nos aconsejó uno a buen precio. Además el último dia pudimos quedarnos un poco más y salir tranquilamente, fue un detalle. Si volvemos a Murcia desde luego nos alojaremos aqui!

Great location for exploring the area
8.0Great location, near lots of nice bars and restaurants. Spacious apartment and the beds were really comfortable. Host David was very helpful and great comms throughout
− Under the back bedroom there was lots of noise so assume a cafe/restaurant is below. But this is only a minor point. I had earplugs

In certain cases, if case the property cannot meet their guests for an in-person check-in, they will send a link to the guests one day before the arrival to make an online check-in. Guests will be requested to sign the travelers book or registration form on arrival.
