5.0Yeri çok merkezi Monastraki meydans yurume mesafesi , little kook kafesinin dibinde, şehrin tam göbeğinde.
− Fotoğraflarda çok yeni temiz ve ferah duruyor ancak banyosu berbattı havlular eksikti 3 kişi olmamıza rağmen 3 kişiye nevresim yoktu havlu yoktu. Ev soğuktu nevresim olmadığı için ince pike ile yaptık çünkü yorganlar kirliydi çok üşüdük ama daha sonra merkezi sistem derecesini nereden açacağımızı söylediler ve temiz havlu nevresim getirdiler. Aradığımız zaman Nikos çözüm üretti geri dönüş yaptı fakat çok eski ve ön bahçesi de biz giriş katındaydık pis olduğu için merkezi de olsa kalmam bir daha. Belki öğrenciler için bir gece kalmak için ideal olabilir, hostel gibi düşünün. Fakat bu fiyat da çok yüksek hostel icin. Aynı fiyata çok daha iyi bir yerde kalabilirdik.
Excellent location and a responsive host
8.0The host was responsive to messages, including confirming receipt of payment. The location is excellent for exploring Athens, with everything within easy reach.
− Payment was not handled through Booking.com, and I was unable to pay by credit card because the host had not set up two-factor authentication. Instead, I had to pay in advance by bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN). I felt uncomfortable with the risk of transferring money directly outside Booking.com. As other reviewers have mentioned, the cleaning needs improvement and maitenance. There was hair in several places. The property would also benefit from a few hours of basic maintenance to fix the shower and other fittings like the doors need better sealing to reduce noise from a large building’s ventilation system in the courtyard.

− שני החדרים הגדולים ממוקמים ממש מעל הרחוב. הרעש מהברים והפעילות בשעות הבוקר המוקדמות (אספקה וכו) לא מאפשרים לישון בחדרים!! פשוט בלתי נסבל. יש חדר פנימי שבו המצב טוב יותר. הדירה ישנה ומוזנחת, חלונות העץ העתיקים לא בנויים לרעש מהרחוב. גם המקלחת חייבת שיפוץ יכך גם המטבח (שיש מאולתר ולא נקי). שורה תחתונה מיקום מעולה אבל הדירה לא טובה ואני לא ממליץ
