Cozy room close to everything.
7.0The location was convenient and close to restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet as well. And the bed and pillows were comfortable.
− The water in the shower was only luke warm.

1.0− The pictures on the adverticement show a water front hotel with different rooms/accomodations and set ups ,however the reality is a family home in a regular neiborhood no view of the bay,no palm trees by the water front ,so I refused contacted Bookin .com and up to day no solution and ro reinbursment ,I´m totally dissapoinet. connot rate the cleaniness,confort,or the rest of the facility didnt whent into the house.
I booked the room. Then same day received message that is was not available and to cancel.. I did a
1.0− I booked the room. Then same day received message that is was not available and to cancel.. I did and have as yet received word about crediting my card with refund. Then later they send me another message saying the room was available. So I did not book again and still waiting for refund. I also put a dispute in on Citi card.
Fantastic Rental Space
10.0Host was so kind & easy to get ahold of, very responsive to all questions. Had a few hiccups but were immediately resolved! Bed was super comfortable, great space to cook & hang out. Safe neighborhood, very friendly neighbors & great walking areas. Also the BEST dog park I have ever seen just right down the road. 1000% recommend you rent this space if in South Miami. Was a great spot for accessing the Keys, Everglades, Miami Beach. Super clean.

10.0Host was extremly helpful and responsive. The place is located in a great location with a Publix nearby.
