− We didn't have any Internet for 3 days..kept having to chase that.. Obviously it was extremely hot..but no fans available. Its smaller than expected..but serviceable

− Advertised a smart TV but very old and didn’t work for apps. Fancied a film one night after a busy beach day.

Lovely location, but not comfortable in the accomodation.
5.0The location was great.
− We were cold most of the time and could have done with an extra blanket to put on the bed. We found the bed uncomfortable. I eventually looked up how to use the heating control online and found out how to boost the heating in the evenings. I looked up how to use the washing machine online, but still did not realise I had to hold the start button rather than just press it to get it on. I could not find a recycle box any where and did not know which outside bin was meant for non recyclable waste. We left one day early as we were glad to get back to our warm comfortable home.
