2 nights in civitavecia
9.0We stayed for two nights before our cruise and overall had a pleasant experience. The apartment is located in a secure complex, with a bedroom, a clean and tidy bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, cakes, cookies, bread, cereals, milk + soy milk - to my request, cheese etc.
− The only downside was the lack of a luggage storage option. We paid 20 euro for an early check-in (1:30 PM instead of 4:30 PM), and on departure day, we had to leave by 10:00 AM and manage our luggage until cruise check-in at 2:00 PM. If we had known these conditions in advance, we probably would have chosen another place. Since most travelers stay in Civitavecchia because of the cruise port, we expected more flexibility or at least basic luggage storage options. For guests coming here before a cruise, that’s much more important than a few extra types of cookies in the kitchen.

Perfect Stay Within Walking Distance to Civitavecchia Port
10.0A very private suite in a safe location within walking distance to the cruise port terminal shuttle service. Mare Blu had everything needed for a short stay. We’d stay again!
− Nothing really. One minor point might be that while there were plenty of packaged breakfast treats available, we would have also liked some fresh choices (rolls, cheese, etc) to choose from. This would not affect our decision to return to Mare Blu
