Baku center with nice view♡

Family trip to Baku.

The location was excellent, near all of the major attractions with a very short walk to the Old City and Nizami Street. The apartment was very large, well furnished, and had an excellent view of the Flame Towers. Our host was very helpful and responsive to questions and issues.

The apartment is just a catch,a view to the flame towers and midtown baku, literally down stairs to everything, the building has a mall where you can get everything. Well secured, the apartment is insanely spacious. This is a must for all visitors of baku. Mr. Salim was great help he fulfiled all our needs and he's very helpfull and responsive.

Big nice apartment at central lively but quite location in Baku

1. Location - probably the best in Baku. Proximity of old city, new city, sea, museums and the main square. Great store in the same building, two supermarkets nearby, 3 pharmacies just in 1-2 minutes of walking. Abundance of great places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Even rossman 5 minutes walking distance. Really, perfect. Amazing view on the city and sea from balconies (each room has access to them, even the kitchen). No outside noise in night hours. The noise from neighbours is there, though. Not perfect noise proofing. 2. Abundance of consumables - a lot of tablets for the dishwasher machine, detergent, enough toilet paper, all the necessities for babies and children. 3. A lot of space, nice carpets in two rooms, beautiful ceramic carpets in the entrance hall. Generally, beautifully furnished. We especially appreciated the common room area - great clean new comfortable sofa with two armchairs and a big table. Kitchen with all one may need. A lot of storage space everywhere. 4. Friendly owner who satisfied us with every ask we had. We paid in usd and the rate was quite ok (worse than the one you have in the bank around the corner though). Got back in azn that was super nice since it was evening and we could go shopping with local currency without bothering to exchange money. 5. Museum of literature around the corner. Beautiful building and great tour, totally recommend- we enjoyed it a lot. Thank you!

− 1. Not accessible for strollers- stairs to enter the building. Though, the home keeper is almost always at the reception and happy to help. Be prepared that Azerbaijan is generally not accessible for wheels, unfortunately. :( on the bright side - people are always eager to help without asking). 2. We were missing some info we can read about house rules, things nearby, instructions on usage of things etc. An hour of work and so much happiness for guests - we do not need to ask for everything. 3. Balcony is COMPLETELY not children friendly. Holes are big and fences are low even for an adult. For 9th floor, this is scary. 4. We missed a frying pan, cutting board, and some more forks, spoons, and cups. (Appreciated a lot of cleaning things often not available at other properties). 5. Big pain - only very transparent curtains and not transparent curtains covering only 1/4 of the huuuge windows. Resulted in children waking up at 5 am (3a.m. by the place we came from). Next day we blackouted the window and it was ok. But would REALLY appreciated blackout curtains at least in one room. 6. Another HUGE pain - small sheets in beds. Resulting in always sliding sheet and need to arrange them back many times during the night, especially with children. From our next appartment experience, no blackout curtains (or no curtains covering all window) and small sheets is a feature here. Not a bug. :( 7. Djacuzzi is old, tired, and almost not working. :( water flow could be stronger. However, all in all, this is a great value for the money. Would be awesome to fix small things though that do not need much of your investment. :) thank you!

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this flat to everyone who decides to visit Baku!

We liked the location very much. The flat was clean and spacious. We felt secure. Salim, the host, is extremely helpful and responsive to all our needs.

− It would be also great to have a non-sticking frying pan in the kitchen! Otherwise the kitchen was well equipped!
