− I booked a room that was shown in the photos as having a window, but when I arrived, the receptionist informed me that the room actually had no window. This was very frustrating, especially since I had already booked and paid for a two-night stay. Please update the room photos to accurately reflect what guests will receive. Otherwise, other travelers may experience the same disappointment. The water heater also didn't seem to be functioning properly. Lastly, I didn't like the smell of the air freshener, as it was quite unpleasant.
A deposit may be required at the property.
