7.0− The use of two gas heaters were not included in the fees. It was cold and we could have done with some heat because there is no air conditioning or fireplace inside.
It was lovely but could have been better if we were able to warm the house during our winter stay!
6.0The house is spacious and close to the beach and restaurants. The lady who handed over and collected the house keys was friendly and available on WhatsApp.
− The house is cold in winter, and we were told we'd have to pay R350 to use the heater when we asked the lady on our first night if we could use it to warm the house and the main bedroom. This cost should be included in the price, or are guests also expected to pay to use the standing fans if they want to keep cool in summer? The owner should consider installing a fireplace inside the house for the cold winter days. There was dust all over the kitchen blinds, and the light in the scullery and one of the main bathrooms were not working. The owner should also make it clear that there are two interlinked/shared bathrooms. They should also consider installing a bathroom light switch in the main bedroom, as one cannot expect guests in the other bedroom to be disturbed to switch the bathroom light on or off. The owner was also inflexible about giving us a late check-out, as our request was not even acknowledged with a yes or a no. We are frequent local and international travelers, and this is the first place we have stayed that is so strict about the check-out time, which is 10 am, compared to other accommodations whose standard check-out time is 11 am. Lastly, the stairs are steep, and this can be very dangerous for kids and/or people with mobility issues.
Spacious villa , beautiful decorated . Kitchen was well equipped, WiFi switch on and off though.
10.0Location was excellent , we took a walk to this beautiful beach , and we were the only ones on the beach and beautiful sunset 😊

7.0It was spacious and everything was tidy. We had a joyful visit and will come again. More than enough room for big families.
− Please consider training the staff to roll up the blinds and clean the insects Especially in the kitchen. They also need to know to check the white linen for marks, especially blood stains as it makes one uncomfortable. The beds also needs lifting and should be cleaned underneath as little ones tend to find anything.

8.0Loved the location and the neatness of the house. Communication was great and the host was very accommodating. Furniture is comfortable and house provides everything you need.
− There was quite a few crockery especially the big dinner plates that were chipped. The stairs are abit steep and perhaps not ideal for young kids or older people to get up to the rooms.
Great stay. Will be back with friends.
8.0Good size. Good location. Generally well equipped for all you need. High quality beds/linen and well presented.
− Pool water was a little murky after a brush but usable. Slight ant issue but easily resolved with some spray.
