Perfecte tussenstop voor de terugreis
9.0Mooie, ruime kamer voorzien van alle gemakken. Goed ontbijt in de pub onder het hotel. Het hotel ligt in een gezellige stad met veel winkels, horecagelegenheden en een kasteel met een mooi park om in te wandelen. Er is beperkte parkeergelegenheid in de straat van het hotel, maar op de grotere parkeerplaatsen (bij Waitrose) is voldoende plek. Vanaf daar is het slechts een paar minuten lopen.

10.0The rooms were very nice and clean and had amazing décor
− It would of been nice to have complementary snacks and wine considering the room was the price it was. Otherwise it was comfortable and clean.
Overall, we had a great stay at the Teller's Arms, would stay there again if in the area.
9.0This location is different than what I am used to. It is a hotel with rooms above a pub. The rooms are spacious and look newly renovated and above all are quiet, we did not hear any noises from downstairs at all. The staff was great and didn't mind when we came downstairs in our pjs to order breakfast and were kind enough to bring it to our room when it was ready which was so helpful when traveling with kids.
− The check-in process was not clear. We got to the pub on a busy day when there were quite a lot of people inside, which is great, but a family with 4 large suitcases doesn't really fit the vibe. Luckily husband stood outside with the kids and suitcases while I went to the bar to ask how we checked in. Once we were able to get someone to help us it was a pretty easy process. They do have an option to order room service through their restaurants app, but if you do not have a UK number, you cannot create an account so we just went downstairs and ordered ourselves, the service was quick and the food was great. Keep in mind there are no elevators in this building. You will be carrying your suitcases up and down stairs (even between the rooms if you have multiple).

10.0Wirklich unfassbar toll! Toller Service, Zentrale Lage, einfach super schöne, edle Zimmer. Bin total begeistert gewesen.
