Convenient, very clean and very friendly staff.
9.0Extremely clean room and bathroom. The common area was also always very clean. I could hear the pub downstairs, but it wasn't an issue and didn't stop us from sleeping. We came to the area for Bike Park Wales and the proximity to that area from the room was excellent. We will be back.
− Parking in the area is a little tricky. There wasn't a sink to clean up cups etc. in the common area.

6.0Very very friendly staff. Close to the bikepark. We could leave our bikes in the pub downstairs overnight and take them out at 9 but normally the pub opens at 11 o'clock which is a bit late to get your bike and go to the park.
− Bathroomfloor and toilets were dirty and we had no hot water. Breakfast is minimalistic there is some bread, yoghurt and jam which you can take.

5.0The bar lady was lovely, the owner was lovely, the pub was nice. The locals were lovely, the local area was lovely, the kebab shop owner next door was lovely.
− It wasn't very clean, the breakfast included was cereal and toast that you help yourself to, there wasn't any shower gel, there was someone's clothes in the dresser and for £85 it felt quite bad value for money TBH. I feel bad saying this as the owner and the staff were really friendly and happy, but it felt a bit too much like a hostel for bnb money.
