It was a bad experience. You can find much cleaner and more comfortable place for this money.
2.0Good placing, quite a short walk from the tube station. Lots of green. Working kitchen with dishwasher, big fridge and washing machine. Quiet neighbourhood.
− Inconsistency with the photos. The flat looks much and much better in the photos than in reality. Dirtiness. There was no feeling that the flat was clean—dirty bedclothes with spots of something, dirty beds. Random Furniture. Random furniture that did not match each other. Kitchen. Some random stuff was left out by others who stayed in this flat. Almost empty pack of dirty sugar and onions in the fridge. Heating. When we came back from the first-day walk in need of taking a shower, we found out, that the heater turned off. We had an ice-cold shower in the evening, but in the morning everything was fine. It repeated a couple of times during our 4-nights stay. Stairs. There are no stairs in the photos, but they are in the reality. Every time you will need to move between three floors, connected by the tiny stairs inside this flat. Sleeping there was a real nightmare, only beautiful London that took all our daytime saved up the overall impression.

− The heating was not working when I arrived and later received message to set a button but still it did not work. However the weather was warm for the rest of my stay and did not bother to call for help again.

10.0It was huge, we had two bedrooms for our family of four was great also the washer!!! The location is wonderful, close to all transport, grocery and cafes.
− Fitted sheets on the bed upstairs would be nice, the flat sheet kept rolling off, extra pillows would be great too- I just had surgery and it’s hard to be comfortable
