9.0There was plenty of space for all of us. The bonus beds were a plus. The pool was nice after the beach days. The privacy of the house was excellent. The house was clean, tidy and gave the best vacation vibes. The beach supplies were excellent. Really helpful when traveling with family. The game room helped keep my son busy. Great location. 20 mins away from the best beaches in Florida. Tons of food and drink options around. Friendly neighborhood. Newer appliances and showers were excellent after a long beach day.
− There was much we didn't like. Florida has bugs. Dont eat or drink in your rooms, keep your space clean and you won't have issues. They seem to spray for them but we learned real quick to be tidy. The master bed was a little hard.
Tucked away in a neighborhood but short drive to beaches, Riverwalk, Sarasota, great restaurants.

10.0Loved everything! Absolutely adorable and cozy home! The pictures do not even do it justice. It is decorated beautifully, laid out perfect, loved the screened in pool, games and excellent customer service. I did not want to leave. I was ready to move in
